My objective is to train and aid each individual specifically to their body’s contour to deliver optimal results, along with guidance towards a healthy complete lifestyle. With each intricate design of training regimen, one will have the ability to tone up, increase vitality, energy, mobility, flexibility, balance and strength while burning calories.

Here is what a session entails: Your health is my priority, therefor I begin by asking is there any pain such as low back, knee, shoulder, neck, ankle or any sort of muscular pain preventing or limiting range of motion? If so, I will perform trigger point alleviation therapy to quickly alleviate pain allowing us to proceed.

Thereafter five minute cardio warm up will take place, followed by functional exercise movements, stretches, and abdominal work . Now the body is ready to engage in training. The strength training exercises are strategically designed to meet each individual’s needs and limitations. Every session includes mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength training exercises . In conclusion muscles worked on will be alleviated by trigger point therapy and stretched. You'll be ready to continue a wonderful day!

Who can benefit from this?

Absolutely everybody can benefit from posture correcting pain diminishing training (if ones muscles are strengthened, proper posture can be achieved and maintained resulting in proper arthrokinematics and function of the body). I have experience working with special population such as dementia, arthritis, and partially mobile clients. Also have experience with sciatica rehab etc. Age is not a factor. I specialize in training fifty plus (seniors), I have ten years of experience training people from eighteen through ninety-three years of age.
